Teri Watt is a Registered Holistic Nutritionist and the founder of Mama Recharged, an online platform helping moms feel great again by incorporating whole food fuel into their diets. Teri’s knowledge and experience doesn’t just come from her formal training. She’s been there herself! Starting in her mid-20’s, Teri started to notice a whole host of symptoms including; lethargy, body-aches, head-aches, acne, bloating and IBS. The symptoms continued to get worse as the years went on. Despite knowing she was ill, doctors kept telling her everything looked normal, so she never got the answers she so desperately needed. It wasn’t until after she had her first child at age 30, that she decided to take matters into her own hands. By completely overhauling her diet - cutting out sugar, processed foods, gluten and dairy, and adding in an abundance of high nutrient foods, she stated to feel empowered, and amazed that just changing what she was eating could drastically change how she felt.
Today, Teri’s passion lies in helping other moms live their best life through her online counselling programs.
